This site explains our client-acquisition service and lets you apply for a strategy call. Applying is free. Completing the application does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we will offer you a call or work with you. We decide that based on your answers.
Please give accurate and complete information. We use your answers to decide whether we can help, so inaccurate answers may waste your time and ours. We may decline an application, or end a conversation, if the information turns out to be untrue.
The terms of any paid engagement, including the guarantee described on the page, are set out in the written agreement we make with you. If this page and that agreement differ, the agreement applies. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result for your business.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
