Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Wajdan Services (“Wajdan”, “we”) collects when you visit our landing page or fill in our application, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Our address is Kinszi utca 2-6, Budapest, Hungary, and you can reach us at hi@wajdan.co.

What we collect

  • What you tell us in the application: your name, email address, phone number (only if we ask for it at the end), business type, country, website or social page, the marketing you run, revenue and budget ranges, the problems you face, your timing, and the free-text description of your biggest obstacle.
  • How you arrived: the advertising parameters in the link you clicked (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs) and, if you allow them, the cookie identifiers set by Meta.
  • How you use the page: pages and sections viewed, how far you scroll, which buttons you click, how far you get in the application, your device type, and approximate location (country). We do not record what you type into form fields in our analytics.

Why we use it

  • To decide whether we can help you and to book a call with you if we can.
  • To email you follow-up information about your application, including useful resources if we are not the right fit yet.
  • To measure and improve our page and our advertising.
  • To keep the application secure and prevent spam.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, our legal bases are: steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (your application), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business and keeping it secure, and your consent where we use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this page. They only process data on our behalf:

  • GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship and email system, where your application and contact details are stored.
  • Supabase, which keeps a secure backup copy of each application.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • PostHog (EU cloud), for page analytics.
  • Meta, for advertising measurement. We send Meta only that a visit or application step happened, never your name, email, phone number or answers.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is processed and how long we keep it

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, under their own data-protection terms. We keep your application for as long as it is needed to handle it and to follow up with you, and then delete it or remove your identity from it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at hi@wajdan.co. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
